Free Shipping Within India with major courier channels. International shipping with FedeX as per shipping rates at checkout. For overseas purchases, you will need a non-Indian credit/debit card.
Delivery Time
Q: When will I get my package?
Within India: Transit time is 2-5 business days. Making time varies. For current timelines, pease refer to the respective product pages. Tracking information will be sent to your email id when shipped.
International: 5-7 business days after we ship your package by FedeX. Tracking information will be sent to your email id when shipped.
Re-Shipping Charges & Customs Duties
Our shipping partners will make 2-3 attempts to deliver your package. If they are unable to deliver, the package will be returned to us. We may have to charge a shipping fee to re-ship the order to you. Customs regulations vary by country. If there is a customs duty being charged by your destination country, the person in the Ship To address will be responsible for the customs duty which is usually payable to the courier company.
Undeliverable Locations
In a rare event that our shipping partners do not service a location for a booked order, we will contact you to arrange for an alternate delivery address / method. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund the entire order amount as per our Refund Policy
Lost Shipments, Missing Tracking Information
All our shipments are sent with tracking information. Please make sure to note the latest tracking updates. If you do not receive tracking updates or if your shipment never reaches you even after you have received tracking updates, please inform us immediately, latest within 3 business days. We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments but we will handle timely escalation with the shipping partner to the best of our ability to resolve the matter for you. If we cannot resolve the issue, we unfortunately will not be able to offer any compensation for the same Refund Policy
