Design Philosophy
We've created a versatile design that transitions smoothly from your workday to your evenings.
The belt will feel rich and smooth to touch - it features hand-stitching all around, and is padded and fully lined on the underside.
Keeping in line with our design-for-life philosophy, this belt has been made with three layers of full grain leather, the middle one sandwiched between the top and the underside, and stitched all along with durable saddle stitching.
In the unlikely event that the buckle fails, or you simply want a change after a few years, it is designed such that it can be professionally replaced by unscrewing it from the belt.

Let's talk about the Leather
what sets it apart?
The leather comes from the finest European hides, which means it has inherently less defects, making it an excellent candidate to be used in its natural, full grain form.
It has been skilfully tanned by Poland's Maltan tannery who pride themselves with adherence to sustainable practices.
Slowly vegetable tanned with tree bark over a period of nearly six weeks, the master tanners at Maltan are extremely skilled in the fine art of vegetable tanning.
We have procured a limited batch of this LWG gold-rated leather in three colors - Brown, Light Tan, Black.
Why do I need this belt?
Some things in life bring you joy the more time you spend with them.
The Business Belt is a simple object, made exceedingly well and built to last. That is what makes it so special and rare.
It is extremely rare to find a work belt that's made with the finest leather crafting techniques and hand-picked European leather.
Usually, off-the-shelf formal leather belts are made on a spectrum of quality, that is passable at best.
On the other hand, this belt will develop a unique patina as it ages, becoming richer and deeper over time, the true hallmark of great leather. It will become an ultimate expression of your individuality and stay by your side for years to come.
What's different about the Business Belts compared to the Lifetime Belts?
Both belts have their unique appeal. One is not better than the other.

Business Belt (Launching Soon)
Can be worn in semi-casual settings, but it works even better with more formal outfits, typically as part of everyday business attire. Fully lined, meaning the underside will look and feel the same as the top side. It features more design details - it is made with a raised profile with bevelled edges, solid brass (chrome plated) hardware and an intricate stitching.

Lifetime Belt (Campaign ended 2023)
An unlined belt - 5 mm thick leather, most suited for casual wear. This is a well-made thick slab of leather held together with brass screws and a sturdy brass buckle.
This belt was offered for sale as part of our very popular 2023 Lifetime Belts campaign. Will it be back? Maybe, but not anytime soon...
How to Order, Timelines and Other Questions
When will the Business Belts become available?
Belts will be available in the pre-order format. We will be opening up pre-orders for the formal Lifetime Belts soon.
There will be limited number of belts made with this leather, so you sooner you get your preorder in, the higher your chance of getting a belt made with this leather.
We have procured a limited quantity of leather from the tannery. We will be making as many belts as we can.
If we run out of leather before we can fulfill your order, we will issue refunds in such cases.

Are Lifetime Belts coming back?
Not at this time. We will need to launch a separate campaign to bring them back but that is not on the cards anytime soon.
Can I select buckle options?
Buckles are made with solid brass. And yes, there will be two options - Polished Brass and Polished Silver. If you would like to see other options, email us and we will see what we can do.
What colors are available?
We have three colors of leather available - Brown, Natural Tan and Black
What is the thickness of the belt?
Each belt is padded and has a bevelled edge detailing. It consists of two layers of our exquisite leather, and a padding in between, also made with the same leather. The finished thickness is about 4.2 mm along the center and 3mm along the edge. Again, I repeat, the same leather has been used for every single area of the belt.
How many belts will be made?
We will be making as many belts as we can.
We have procured a limited quantity of leather from the tannery. If we run out of leather before we can fulfill your order, we will issue refunds in such cases.
What is the delivery timeline for the belts?
You will be placing an order during the pre-order event that will run for 15 days. The delivery timeline will be about 30-45 days after the pre-orders close. It includes the time required to procure hardware, get monogramming stamps made etc., based on the number of orders received.
