Re-Shipping Charges & Customs Duties
Our shipping partners will make 2-3 attempts to deliver your package. If they are unable to deliver, the package will be returned to us. We hate to do this, but have to charge a shipping fee to re-ship the order to you. Customs regulations vary by country. If there is a customs duty being charged by your destination country, the person in the Ship To address will be responsible for the customs duty which will likely be payable to the courier company.
Undeliverable Locations
In a very rare event that our shipping partner does not service a location for a booked order, we will contact you to arrange for an alternate delivery address / method. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund the entire order amount as per our Refund Policy
